Hi, I'm Danielle, and I’m proof that this works!

After the scariest part of the pandemic had passed, I moved back into a place of my own. Adapting to solo living again after almost two years in a house with my family was a challenge. Not only was I still adjusting to working from home, but I was also introduced to this post-pandemic, solo-living version of myself that I'd never known. I felt confused about who I was, what I liked, even down to what my clothing style and aesthetic was in this new era of life.

Using this blueprint along with the support of both my coach and therapist, I was able to become my own BFF by re-learning what made me happy, what I enjoyed doing, and eliminating things and people in my life that caused stress instead of bringing my joy.
